ABOUT US

When you walk into one of our churches, you're not walking into a building — you're walking into a home. There's food  or snacks, a seat saved seat, and people who are genuinely glad you came. Conversations are real, questions are welcome, and nobody has it all figured out. We open Scripture together, share what we're hearing, and make space for what the Spirit is doing in each person's life.
Our pastors aren't leading from a pulpit or from the front — they're seated at the same table, asking the same questions, and walking the same road. Leadership here is present, vulnerable, and available.
As a church, we pray together, share communion, and find ways to love and serve oth — not as a ritual, but as a reminder of who brought us here—Jesus. It's church. It's family.

Pastor Megan

Pastor Megan leads our MIddleton church. Her and Devon Pinkerton are a fun-loving couple who met at Central Christian College of the Bible and have been married since 2005. They’ve built a busy, joy-filled life around their faith, family, and community.
Devon has been with Wells Fargo for over a decade and loves everything football. Megan has poured her heart into homeschooling their three kids—Spencer (17), Carter (15), and Esther (12). She’s worked as a children's minister and launched a local recovery ministry. These days, she’s creating community classes through her role with Middleton Parks and Rec.
When Megan isn’t homeschooling or planning classes, you’ll probably find her enjoying tacos (her favorite food), while Devon’s likely catching a game or adding to his tattoo collection. Together, they’re passionate about serving others, having fun, and making memories as a family.

Pastor Mario

Pastor Mario leads our Caldwell church. He met Jamie while serving in the Marines and stationed in San Diego; they've been together since 2003, and married in 2004. They have 3 teenagers—each gifted in their own ways.

Jamie is the founder of The Learning Bridge, an educational nonprofit that serves students with learning disabilities. On top of that, she's finishing up her Master of Arts in Teaching from Dallas Baptist University — she walks in May 2026! Not to brag... Jamie is a national gold medalist in figure skating. Yes, really. It's been a lifelong passion, and she's still out on the ice competing today.

While serving as a pastor, Mario also works as a hospice chaplain, is certified to facilitate a domestic violence rehabilitation curriculum, and holds a Master of Divinity. You'll find him at Flying M in Caldwell on most Saturday mornings enjoying their caramel cold brew (it's delightful!). Other than that, he's still trying to show their 3 boys just how cool he isn't.
